TECHNICAL TRAINING SPECIALIST Calabrio

POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for conducting on-site and/or in-house training classes on
industry leading software technology developed by Calabrio. The Technical Trainer is
responsible for maintaining and enhancing the programs and plans. Continually works
with the training materials to ensure all classes are current and effective. Remain
current on product trends both within the organization and among competitors.
Maximize effectiveness by researching training methodologies, learning tools and
practices. Explain complex product information to non-technical audiences.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Work with internal employees to
adapt existing training programs as required.
CORE EXPECTATIONS
? Develop and maintain curriculum
? Provide end user and administrator technical training for customers
? Provide end-user, administrator and deployment technical training for partners
? Provide product support and training for internal Calabrio employees
? Ensure system and on-site customer and Calabrio readiness for training
? Ensure that materials and documentation are technically accurate
? Maintains files and records of training attendance, completion, certification and
evaluation
? Develop customer relations in order to keep ongoing support and consulting best
practices
? Flexibility to travel to customer locations to deliver training whenever necessary
(approximately 30% ? 50%)

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
? Report to a senior level trainer or higher
? Work closely with peers, group leads and other employees and departments within
Calabrio

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
? Bachelor?s degree
? Proficient in Microsoft applications
? At least 3 years of solid technical training experience
? Preferred training experience in the Software Industry
? Previous experience developing curriculum
