Responsibilities

As a part of the team, your primary responsibility will be to understand our product inside and out, and be able to explain it to analysts, administrators, and developers. Mastering this task will require you to dig deep into technical details with our engineering team, and to learn as much as possible about our customers and their analytical needs from our business team. Additionally you will help us build out the infrastructure necessary for delivering documentation to our growing user bases.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (math/science); computer science major a big plus
- Technical experience reading and understanding code, and ideally writing it
- Ability to research technical information from minimal written specifications
- Excellent writing samples: previous professional work, internship, or degree program portfolio acceptable
- Linux, databases, or system administrator experience a plus
- Interest in data analysis or finance a plus.
