GENOA HEALTHCARE is a nationwide, leading provider of pharmaceuticals, services and information to persons diagnosed with mental illness and other chronic health disorders. We are a rapidly growing and successful organization with a strong reputation in servicing the mental health community via a network of clinic pharmacies housed within mental health agencies throughout the United States.
We seek a Full Time Administrative Assistant to assist the Contracts Department as well as the Compliance officer as needed. Duties include phone filing operations, storing and pulling reports from SharePoint, and any other administrative duties.
Provide general IT department support including SharePoint administration and development; Active Directory administration; Mobile device management; Print services management and some Project Management. Duties include general clerical, technical, and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
This job will be geared toward someone with a strong technical background and willingness to grow into a more full technical role. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail; the ability to multi-task and work fairly independently.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Active Directory Administration: group management and account verification.
Research and assist with preparation of policies and procedures.
Maintain AT&T account: track and order/replace devices.
Administer internal SharePoint site including building forms, workflows, and security.
Liaison for Infrastructure provider - provide IT orders and procedure clarification as well as issue tracking.
Coordinate with vendor regarding support tickets for print management issues.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Support staff in assigned project based work.
Test software and hardware and assist with roll out.
Coordinate and maintain records for staff and office keys.
Maintain confidential records and files.
Provide support via e-mail and phone for all staff members.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must demonstrate a high degree of organization and follow through.
Must have experience working with SharePoint
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type.
