Technology Relationship Manager Alert Logic

The Technology Relationship Manager is responsible for streamlining the relationship between Alert Logic and an assigned set of partners and direct customers. Knowledge and understanding of the current technology landscape, along with the ability to communicate on a daily basis with diverse technology customers is crucial to success in this role.
The Technology Relationship Manager will ensure that partners and customers continue to hold Alert Logic software, services, and support organizations in the highest regard. They will work closely with partners, customers and internal support organizations to answer requests and provide assistance supporting Alert Logic solutions.
When Alert Logic signs new clients, this individual will provide initial customer onboarding and training to new customers and employees on Alert Logic products. By being a first point of contact for initial training, and by being an upper-tier point of contact for incidents and escalations, the Technology Relationship Manager can ensure the relationship between Alert Logic and its partners and customer remains solid.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the customer advocate for Alert Logic
Ensure the customer relationship is upheld through consistent communication
Follow established customer relationship processes
Provide orientation to new customers customized to specific needs
Serve as an escalation point when a heightened level of support is required
Engage the necessary technical resources at Alert Logic to solve customer issues
Identify new processes to improve the customer experience with service and support
Manage customer expectations toward an outstanding experience with Alert Logic?s products and services
Requirements:
3+ years in a client facing technology delivery, account management or professional services
support role
Broad knowledge and understanding of systems and networking technologies
Ability to effectively communicate technology concepts to technical and non technical customers
Understanding and familiarity with concepts such as cloud, hosting, web security, Remote
Network Monitoring, and Software Development Life Cycle is preferred.
ITIL Methodology knowledge is a plus
