DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and connect with urban pet owners in order to market the product.
- Create and manage all the marketing channels.
- Aquire and retain urban pet owners as users, followers and fans of this product using all marketing channels.
- Own the company's new member sign up, usage rates.
- Report ROI for the marketing tactics to executives.
- Create B2B acquisition and retention strategies to generate business partners.
- Develop physical marketing materials as well as digital marketing content.
- Work on public affairs, investor relationships and government affairs through marketing materials.
- Recruit and manage a team of marketing associates, interns, and contractors
- Develop brand image and voice through content marketing
- Design and oversee paid social media campaigns
- Engage and manage the community of followers through digital content and in person events
