As a Telemarketing Representative, you will:
Contact businesses by telephone or e-mail in order to qualify inquiries and prospects from our website, trade shows, e-mail campaigns and other sources.
Deliver prepared messages, reading from scripts to gather information and qualify prospects.
Adjust the telemarketing script to better identify and qualify prospects.
Explain product features and benefits, and answer questions from prospects.
Record names, addresses, and reactions of prospects contacted.
Update the lead spreadsheet to reflect status of the lead.
Report results and lead status daily.
Ideal Individual:
Previous telemarketing experience required.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Mail required.
Hours:
Approximately 8 hours to start, with a potential to increase the number of hours.
