Summary:
Under general supervision provides lead generation and lead qualification to internal clients by identifying, initiating and nurturing potential business relationships. Handles inbound inquiries. Achieves specified program and goals through the initiation of telephone and/or email communication with prospects. Maintain detailed communication documentation through utilization of company?s CRM systems. Ensures maintained in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualification Requirements:
Education:
Associates degree or 2 years of college completed, class credit for business or technical degrees preferred
Experience:
6 months - 1 years experience in an outbound business-to-business telemarketing or sales experience
Must have basic PC proficiency using computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Quickly learn technical details and business concepts
Possess ability to articulate product value to a wide range of potential prospects
Ability to understand and identify opportunities of a technical nature
Must have a strong organizational and prioritization capability
Must be able to use time wisely to increase effectiveness while maintaining a thorough high quality process
Must be able to adapt to a variety of potential sales opportunities quickly
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include, but are not limited, to, the following:
Lead Generation
Provides lead generation and lead qualification to internal clients.
Identifies and develops relationships with decision makers and influential individuals who can initiate new business opportunities for SafeNet, Inc.
Initiate telephone and/or email communication with prospects
Cultivate initiated relationships through telephone and email communications
Qualifies inbound callers to determine the opportunity across the entire SRM product portfolio
Works in out-bound calling specific area and calls on prospects following on specific marketing activities
Lead Documentation
Maintains detailed communication documentation through database management functions. Updates data fields based on prospect content and SafeNet qualifiers
Qualify all inquiries generated through a variety of marketing tactics including: direct mail, e-marketing, tradeshows, events, webinars, website inquiries, advertising, PR and any source of inquiries
Document prospect information in the SafeNet, Inc. CRM system after each prospect contact capturing information critical to the client?s sale leads criteria
Regularly attends team meetings to provide status updates, obtain answers to clarifying questions and share obstacles, roadblocks, and successes
Other duties as assigned
