Telephony Traffic Specialist Contractor LiveOps

Media Source Assignments: Assist Telephony Traffic Administrator with assignment of media sources to phone numbers when necessary; identify sourcing problems or conflicts; resolve sourcing issues with media companies.
Phone Number Allocation: Develop and improve procedures to process daily requests for phone numbers; assign phone numbers to the correct campaigns and call centers on the LiveOps platform; identify phone numbers which may be recycled for future use.
Telephony Expertise: Develop an understanding of LiveOps carriers, their appropriate uses, and their costs; track and apply unique needs of LiveOps clients.
Advanced Routing and Features: Ensure phone numbers are enabled with the appropriate calling features; enable phone numbers to receive or send transfers from the platform.
Quality Assurance: Test phone numbers for proper function; audit phone number setup to identify issues; research and correct problems identified by other teams; review accuracy of work from support members of the telephony team.
Process Improvement: Work with Account Management and telephony Engineers to improve the efficiency and quality of source assignment and phone number requests.
Skills & Abilities:

Ability to quickly diagnose issues and develop solutions
Strong communication skills, including those with external customers
Sense of urgency in a high volume role
Cross team collaboration Experience
2+ years telephony experience
2+ years media company experience
BA or BS a plus
