Your Role:
Responsible for building your team and developing and growing accounts by securing business with organizations that will use the BidPal technology to maximize their fundraising efforts. Working closely with our marketing team you will develop account target lists and opportunities, define and close deals plus build and solidify lasting client relationships. The sales role focuses on telesales and account management.
Responsibilities Include:
Recruit, train, supervise and coach telesales team
Evaluate and enhance their performance
Provide analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations to leadership team
Manage and develop relationships with clients
Design and execute prospecting plans
Make presentations to groups and individuals
Set up phone meetings with qualified prospects
Achieve monthly team and annual sales goals
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years sales experience and 2 years management experience required ? preferably in inside sales with some charitable fundraising industry experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with sales ability at all decision-making levels, to all types of industries.
Self-motivated team player who can exceed goals and revenue expectations.
Proven track record of sales success.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Able to work with minimal supervision, while maintaining focus and productivity and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated skills in hiring, coaching, developing, and motivating polished and professional inside sales reps
Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations
Good business acumen with an ability to collaborate, delegate and consult.
A results oriented performance manager who listens and gives innovative feedback.
A true ?Leader? exhibiting ethics and integrity.
A bachelor?s degree with sales and marketing focus or equivalent experience.
Process improvement skills a plus
