Telesales Rep Ruckus Wireless
Ruckus Wireless is currently looking to hire a Telesales Representative ? Lead Generation which will report to Telesales Manager, and will be responsible for:
- Generate leads through outbound calls
- Cold call to engage with and develop prospects to be closed by the sales team
- Maintain high call rate
- Acquire and generate qualified business leads
- Follow-up on leads and opportunities from lists and other resources
- Update Salesforce.com database and additional resources as required
- Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce.com
- Acquire in depth knowledge of our full range of products and services
- Convey product knowledge to potential clients, adhering to company messaging and positioning
- Escalate inquiries related to products, services, partner program, etc.
- Follow-up with prospects who respond to marketing programs and campaigns
- Build leads lists as directed by Manager
- Contact and schedule appointments (as needed)
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and knowledge:
- 3 years inside sales or lead generation experience in high tech networking company
- 1 years cold calling experience
- Ability to prospect via email
- Experience working with lists and self-identifying potential prospects
- Ability to assess prospect?s ?fit?
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts: lead management process, customer lifecycle and lead nurturing
- Bachelor?s Degree (Business or Marketing) Desired
The position will work with the following technologies and/or systems:
- Salesforce.com
- Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel
