As a Customer Service Agent you will provide thorough and accurate responses to customer request or inquiries received via phone and email. Our Customer Service Agent wants to give the best experience possible to our customers while working in a fun and relaxed environment!
First training class starts October 7th, 2013.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls responding to a range of customer issues, including but not limited to:
Assisting customer with order placement, gather and verifying customer information, redemption of SuperCertificate Rewards, order status, merchant inquiries and general questions and inquiries.
Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner while maintaining established service quality guidelines.
Working knowledge of GiftCertificates.com products and systems.
High school graduate or equivalent and one years of work related experience. Six month call center preferred.
Must be able to read and navigate through numerous computer windows in an efficient manner while speaking with the customer.
Successful Customer Service agents are detail-oriented, have an enthusiastic approach to customer service and driven by the achievement of measureable goals and dedication to their team?s overall success.
Ability to adapt to a regular changing environment.
Working knowledge of computers, including Outlook and Word.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate reliable and dependable behavior such as the ability to follow a scheduled shift with no attendance issues.
Ability to type 35 wpm accuracy.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
