This is a one week assignment and will report to the Director of Human Resources and Administration and will be at the Front Desk while providing administrative support to various departments.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Receive and transfer phone calls; monitor facility access and receive visitors; notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals and provide visitor escort if necessary; sort and distribute mail; coordinate FedEx / UPS shipments.
Support department managers and HR in scheduling interviews and distributing interview schedules.
Assist in the coordination, promotion and set up of HR events and programs.
Ensure break room and office supply inventory are maintained.
Assist in New Hire orientation.
Provide accounting support; monthly reconciliation of packing lists and invoices; track Administration and HR expenses.
Provide Facilities support; point of contact for emergency evacuation; manage front desk loaned equipment; book meetings and conf room; ensure conference rooms are clean.
Education and Experience
Bachelor?s Degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years related, progressively complex experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in word processing and familiarity with Excel, Word, Outlook and calendaring, Power Point, PhotoShop.
Good organizational, record keeping and verbal communication skills.
Excellent writing and grammar skills. Self-driven, motivated, quick learner, pleasant demeanor, professional and most importantly, punctual.
