This position is temporary via Staffing Agency Partner.
Answer phones, screen callers, and give message/transfer call to appropriate personnel
Process outgoing/incoming packages
Sign for incoming packages and distribute
Check mail daily, sort and give to the appropriate people
Order supplies for GP
Coordinate with outside vendors their services, i.e. service calls placed on copier, etc?
Coordinate meetings in conference room
Back up to Executive Assistant for CEO
Create and implement filing systems, and ensure that the records are being managed according to industry standards.
Provide confirmation to HR staff that the records are complete and correct
Provide excellent communication and perform tasks exactly as instructed
Keeps HR staff informed of problems or issues
Performs other duties as assigned.
