Territory Account Manager Desktone

This position is based in New England and is not open to relocation. The Territory Account Manager you will report directly to Desktone's VP of Sales. This role should be considered a perfect fit for Field Sales reps with one or two years experience, or for entry level Inside Sales candidates looking to make the leap to Field sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities with organizations with between 1 and 10 thousand employees in relevant industries.
Outstanding enthusiasm and a willingness to embrace the Desktone Sales Process.
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including:
Account planning and organizational mapping.
Proposal development and negotiation.
Coordination of pre-sales, professional services, and post sale support resources as necessary.
Engage with and support sales through Desktone's service provider partner network.
Sales stage tracking and reporting in Salesforce.com.
Territory ? Focus on US ? North East.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2+ years sales experience selling software solutions (SaaS preferably).
Proven track record selling and closing opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree.
Self starter with past success in start-up environment.
Must be able to travel 20% of the time.
Compensation and Benefits:
