Test Development Engineer iWatt
Job Description :
iWatt ACDC and DCDC product portfolios are growing rapidly.
In the position of Development Test Engineer the suitable candidate will join a fast-moving, results oriented team supporting strong growth of diversified portfolio of new iWatt products.
IC Test Software (SW) Development:
Develop Software code for Automated Test Systems and Test Handling systems.
Define tests, test conditions, limits, pass/fail criteria and binning for iWatt IC Products
Manage Test implementation;
Oversee Correlation and Validation for Test Programs and test Program revisions at all subcontract testing locations
Integrated Circuit (IC) Test Hardware (HW):
Design IC Device Test Load Board Circuits and Test handler Interface Circuits
Manage the procurement, distribution and maintenance of all Test HW to all subcontractor sites
Job Requirements :

Responsibilities:
Develop, control, and distribute validated test programs
Support new product development,
New product data and sample requests
Perform ATE Electrical Parametric and Functional testing on all new product developments, prepare & present device characterization reports
Production Support
Monitor production electrical test yields, intervene and correct any/all sub-standard yield issues?
Skills Required:
Expansive computer skill set in broad variety of operating environments, eg:
Windows NT, Windows XP; Unix;
Visual Studio 6.0 and C++ programming experience
VHDL or Verilog Programming Experience.
Scan chains that are stored in DataFlash and then loaded to the FPGA based on interrupt from C++ program. The employee is required to have some hands on experience using the Flash and FPGA.
Experience ? Education
Advanced education required to ensure employee will understand complex integrated circuitry, computer controlled test systems and software languages required to program such equipment.
BSEE/Computer Science with 1-3 years experience
MSEE/Computer Science with 0-1 year experience; but with strong software and Integrated circuit esp. Analog comprehension.
