Test Floor Production Operator
This position is 3 month temporary position responsible for manufacturing support for processing production/engineering material on the test production floor. This includes responsibility for adhering to production, quality, and company specification/practices. Training is provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for:
? Operators will be responsible for running one or more of the test floor processes. Once trained and certified in a process the operator will be able to process production material as well as engineering tests.
? Operators will track production lot processing by entering detailed information into the company?s Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
? Operators must be diligent in following detailed work instructions for the process they are running on the test floor.
? Operators must monitor the processes they are running per the work instructions and identify non-conforming products or processes.
? Operators are responsible for insuring that there training certifications are up-to-date

Competency is based on: education, training, skills and experience. In order to perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and competencies:
? Must be able to read and understand English well enough to follow and execute job specifications and operating instructions.
? Must be able to identify basic functional problems, take corrective action, and interface with supervisors and engineers to explain problems.
? Must be able to pass operator training certification for the process they are running.
