Test Technician Aerohive Networks

Aerohive Networks, the leader in controller-less Wi-Fi solutions is seeking a Test Technician. This candidate will be enhancing Aerohive?s testing capabilities by contributing to the process of qualifying the best products possible.

Responsibilities:

Perform incoming quality tests on all products
Participate in new product testing for Engineering hardware qualification
Manage RMA returns, from receipt through testing, and RMA data base maintenance
Where required update software levels on products being tested
Assist in packaging as needed

Requirements:

AA degree in an electrical/testing/manufacturing field, BS preferred
Previous experience in a testing/RMA capacity required
Experience working in a large scale testing environment
Knowledge of networking products
Strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate in new product testing a plus.
Knowledge of Linux/SSH commands and ability to run and understand scripts a plus.
Experience in wireless and/or switch products a plus
Experience in maintenance of RMA data base required
Ability to troubleshoot products to a module level
Experience in ECO implementation
Proficient in all MS Office applications
Ability to lift 50 lbs
