Tier 2/3 Support Engineer Morph Labs

The goal of the Tier 2/3 Support Engineer is to provide assistance to mCloud OpenStack users in troubleshooting and problem resolution, in addition to working with the rest of the operations team on design and maintenance of the network and computer systems.
This position requires a self motivated, problem solver with the ability to handle multiple case scenarios. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactory.
This opening is for our Ortigas Center office in Metro Manila but candidates in Cebu City will also be considered.
This role reports to the Senior Support Manager.
2 or more years of solid experience in Linux Administration.
Experience with network administration and maintenance.
Knowledge of puppet as well as cloud computing is a plus.
Preferably an IT graduate or Computer Engineering graduate.
Willing to work shifts.
Effective communicator, both oral and written
Excellent English skills
