Tier 2 (Developer) Support Engineer DreamFactory Software
We are looking for developer support engineer to support SnapShot, our change and release management software for salesforce. You will be working with major customers who are intimately familiar with salesforce's capability and its shortcomings. You will also be developing and/ or maintaining documentation (Wiki, user guides and videos) for customers and prospects.

Extremely customer friendly
Ability to juggle multiple tasks by prioritizing appropriately
Desired technical skills:
Helps to have at least an associate technical degree
Previous development experience will help you move up faster
Previous ticket management experience
SQL and previous database experience would be a big plus
Most customer interactions will be over phone, email, chat and using desktop sharing applications like GoTo Meeting. However, in rare occassion, you might travel to customer locations for product training (maybe 2 - 4 times a year).
