At times it may border on obsessive, but we understand that people aren't robots. Truly delightful support involves providing precise and efficient technical solutions through warm and personalized conversations with each small business owner. Although finding our customers the right solution is always our goal, we don?t just fix things...
We are insanely passionate about small business and we need additional team members who share that passion. We work in a team-based call center environment and we are constantly reinventing ways to delight our customers. We love a good challenge, so if this type of stuff doesn?t light your fire, this might not be the right path for you. Everything we do to help our customers is done with the intent to delight their socks off.

What a Tier 1 Support Rep IS:

What a Tier 1 Support Rep IS NOT:
Antisocial, clock-puncher, uncomfortable with conflict, change and challenges

Handle inbound calls or chats from customers with the intent of answering questions, teaching information, or troubleshooting issues using a variety of tools, techniques and procedures. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
Use technical knowledge and customer service skills to address customers? needs and resolve problems while providing an exceptional level of service
Actively participate and contribute to a growing knowledge network to improve our effectiveness as a team and improve the resources available to our customers
Create delightful customer relationships which include consistent follow-through, setting proper expectations, and advocating for client issues within internal departments
