Spanlink is looking for a senior engineer in San Ramon or Sacramento, CA. This engineer will be responsible to answer questions of high complexity and resolve problems for direct end-users of the Cisco contact center.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer with Cisco UCCE (ICM) and CVP.
Develop and update Cisco UCCE scripts.
Voice prompt management in CVP.
Moves/Adds/Changes/Deletes of agents within Cisco UCCE.
Root Cause Analysis documentation and reviews with major incidents.
Maintenance and Service Release patching of the Cisco UCCE and CVP environment.
Adhering to strict Change Control policies.
Respond to questions regarding UCCE reporting metrics.
III. Experience and Skills
Five years of technical support experience.
Proficiency with Cisco UCCE scripting.
Good knowledge of CVP microapps.
Knowledge of Cisco Contact Center Collaboration products such as EIM and Outbound Dialer.
Familiar with UCCE reporting.
