LivingSocial is looking for a Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics Analyst who will be a key resource for the HR team. The position will provide analytical support and project coordination to facilitate the administration of the Total Rewards programs.
As a Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics Analyst, you will:
Work with HR leadership team on a variety of projects including design of Total Rewards programs, analysis, budgeting, implementation of new programs, and education.
Develop cost models, forecast analyses and plan design recommendations on a variety of global compensation and benefits programs, budgets and tools, including, but not limited to, base pay structures, retention, annual merit programs, short and long-term incentive plans, and health and welfare programs
Support focal annual review activities of base pay, bonus and equity grants, monitor all tools during planning to ensure completion of all activities
Participate in the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment processes including plan design analysis and modeling and development and delivery of the open enrollment communication and training materials
Coordinate projects such as survey participation and analysis, compensation analysis and workforce analytics dashboards.
Participate in the global salary and benefit survey submittal and receipt process
Work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that the Ultipro system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
High integrity in handling confidential, sensitive information with professionalism, without exception.
Manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities within a fast-paced, team environment.
Ability to understand and correctly interpret complex concepts (i.e. Compensation & Benefits Plans)
General compensation knowledge preferred including compliance with the state and federal laws that apply to the plans. Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.
Prefer 3-5 years' experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.
HRIS experience required; Ultipro a plus.
