Jive Software is seeking a dynamic and creative Total Rewards Manager to support Jive?s compensation and career success programs. As part of the Global Total Rewards team, this role will focus on our global initiatives and the programs, tools and systems for enabling our offerings. You will be the internal consultant partnering with our managers, People colleagues, on compensation and employee work/life programs. There?s a lot of interfacing with employees and internal Jive functions.
Responsibilites:
Develop recommendations to ensure our rewards programs are competitive and compelling. You?ll interpret market data and be on-point with the latest trends in what?s happening to foster employee engagement.
Build upon our compensation infrastructure to ensure we are scalable and have the systems we need to continue to make Jive the most awesome place to work
Provide consultation to our internal customers. Research and resolve total rewards questions and issues.
You will partner with the business to create, update and implement career paths throughout Jive. You will partner with our People Business Partner to develop an internal social space focused on professional and career development
Drive the total rewards training. You understand the employee value proposition ? and here?s your opportunity to educate others.
Lead our annual total rewards review, where we consider all direct compensation elements.
You?ll do cost modeling, develop and report out business success metrics.
Support sales compensation by generating the sales compensation plans and documentation.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a fast-moving HR organization, performing in a compensation role. Experience in sales compensation, benefits, HRIS and HR operations are helpful
BS/BA degree in related field preferred
Experience in global program/project management.
Expert-level proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
Understanding of HR-related compliance requirements within a growing organization
Ability to work as an individual contributor and collaborate as part of a larger team
Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-stress environment in which confidentiality is essential
