We need a fabulous Full Time Tour Coordinator for Los Angeles! If you?d like to get your feet wet in the real estate industry, consider yourself a super-user on Redfin.com, and love to chat with people on the phone, this is the opportunity for you.Here?s what you?ll be doing:
Schedule home tours: respond to requests for home tours via phone and internet from your home office.
Engage customers: make every customer call count. Explain the Redfin process with enthusiasm.
Make it happen: track every team member's whereabouts, scheduling home tours, escalating customer concerns. Nothing falls through the cracks.
What you should bring to the table:
Fire in the belly: your passion is customer service, and you always do the right thing.
Keeping it real: you're a people person, a real person.
All for one, one for all: you rally for the team, pitching in wherever you're needed.
Geek for tech: you love technology, technology loves you. You email like a fiend.
To be considered you need to be:
Self-motivated: a track record of doing the right thing, without being hawk-eyed by management.
Licensed: Must have an active CA real estate license
Have experience: at least a year of customer service related experience.
Know the area: understand how long it will take to drive throughout the metro area.
Smart: you probably have a degree, can communicate well.
Schedule for this position is Tuesday- Saturday, 12pm to 9pm.
Full time hourly position available.
