We are looking for an ex-trader or trading assistant, with experience in Trading software to join our support team as a Trading Support Specialist.

This person will:
?Support 300+ end user financial traders with proprietary software platform in real time
?Maintain clear and concise case management and client communication records
?Ensure client satisfaction by providing solutions to ongoing issues
?Maintain multidepartment functionality to ensure effective and continual client connectivity
?Complete on-going training for new version specific software support and option theory

What we want from you:
?MINIMUM 2 years working in the Options Trading Industry
?Process-oriented and ability to achieve results.
?Strong organizational and communication skills.
?Someone who will fit in with our hard-working, casual culture
?Strong analytical and problem solving skills
?Ability to manage multiple customer relations
?Ability to work a 2nd shift (Sunday ? Thursday,1pm-10pm)
?Computer Science or Finance background is preferred but not required
?Trading Software experience
?No sponsorship available at this time (US citizens or permanent residents only)
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: Based on experience + bonus + equity incentives
