Job Description:
Position Summary
We are seeking an exceptionally bright and motivated individual to complement our Client Services team in New York as a Trading Support Specialist. In this role you will focus on providing technical and business support for TradingScreen?s electronic trading platform service and supporting its global client base across global markets and multiple asset classes.
You will be responsible for:
Providing first level support across global markets and multiple asset classes for client queries and issues via phone, IM and email
Interacting proactively with our global client base in response to system events
Monitoring all trade transactions from initial request to execution and settlement
Troubleshooting and resolving technical queries
Training clients on system functionality across all product offerings
Managing clients? system usage and retention
On-boarding clients
Preparing weekly reports for management
Preferred Skills:
Required Education and Experience
Engineering or Computer Science educational background
Experience in a finance or technology company that supports global markets and is a multi-asset system within support, integration and/or client onboarding departments.
