The platform is entirely merchant-funded with advertisers targeting consumers based on spending patterns: Where, how much and how frequently they spend at a store and in the broader retail category. The Traffic Manager will ensure effective and efficient workflow of campaigns through the entire Merchant Operations organization.
Responsibilities
Manages a department that approves and opens all Insertion Orders and assigns a step-by-step schedule of completion to each campaign
Coordinates the movement of campaigns through various departments: Sales, Finance, Merchant Cleaning, Campaign Management
Manages the Production Coordinator pool
Reviews and posts status of pending and active campaigns in the department
Tracks campaigns from one step of completion to the next
Produces accurate schedules
Coordinates with the local sales team to ensure accurate forecasting and pending campaign visibility
Coordinates all Insertion Orders and budgets between the local sales team and Merchant Operations
Coordinates with Operations Support team to ensure processes documented
Coordinates with Operations Support to facilitate new employee and on-going training

Skills & Work Experience
Previous production management or traffic management experience
PMO experience highly preferred
5+ years in a advertising, marketing or related field in a traffic, project management or production management capacity
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Familiarity with automated online project management software
Demonstrated Abilities
Highly detail oriented
Demonstrable ability to multi-task
Practical Experience
Communicating regularly with field sales personnel and external vendors
Education
BS or BA Degree
