Traffic Operations Center (TOC) Analyst INRIX is seeking a technical Analyst to join our Operations team and ensure a high quality traffic result for our customers. INRIX has numerous custom, complex systems to provide traffic and routing information in North America, South America and Europe. We are adding staff to our Kirkland, WA office in order to provide high-quality coverage for East Coast and Brazil AM rush hour. At a high level this role is 50% NOC Operator and 50% Technical Analyst.INRIX is the fastest growing traffic intelligence platform in the world delivering smart data and analytics to solve transportation issues worldwide. Responsibilities:
? Execute routine system quality checks throughout shift using custom tools and monitors
? Manage any problems found for a timely resolution
? Perform real time quality assurance for road closures throughout North America
? Respond to customer inquiries timely and effectively
? Validate that changed systems work properly after changes are applied
? Independently execute reports and/or projects on time with quality results
Requirements:
? Positive attitude
? Self-motivated to improve our product and see projects through to completion
? Clear communication with proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
? Multiple language skills a plus
? Ability to work independently
? Enthusiasm for providing the most accurate traffic result possible
? Available for AM Shift Monday through Friday (normally from 6am-2pm, with occasional shifts starting earlier - 4 or 5am).
? Willing to carry a pager and respond to alerts for occasional (monthly) shifted off-hours duty
Technical skills desired:
? Bachelor?s degree in CS or related field
? SQL
? NOC experience
? Microsoft Office
? Windows
