Since 2006, VINDICO has been the gold standard in online video platforms, providing standardized reporting and analytics for the online video industry. Its strength also derives from its ability to track an ad campaign and precisely measure the campaign?s effectiveness.
Traffickers build and review digital video ad campaigns utilizing proprietary VINDICO ad serving technologies and ensure campaigns are deployed at scale with the utmost efficiency and quality. Traffickers collaborate closely with the Account Management, Publisher Services and Support teams to support the campaign throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
Provide professional customer service to Account Service Reps, Account Managers, Publisher Services and Technical Producers.
Review campaign creative, plan and 4th party tags to ensure all items are accounted for and meet VINDICO standards prior to implementation.
Implement video ad campaigns in the VINDICO Ad-server within standard turnaround time.
Manage personal day-to-day action items, including campaign trafficking.
QA all campaigns in ad-server to ensure build is correct and functioning as expected.
Hand-off campaigns to Publisher Services for distribution to publisher teams.
Participate in troubleshooting technical issues both internally and with 4th Party vendors.
Escalate technological issues or concerns to the Traffic Manager.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-starter, able to learn quickly and work independently with minimal direction.
Highly proficient Internet and research skills.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with project management and ticketing systems (ex. Basecamp, Zendesk, Kayako Fusion, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, especially writing.
3+ years experience in the digital space, preferably a background in ad trafficking or QA.
Media and advertising experience preferred; online advertising experience a plus.
