Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, program manager with experience in adult learning and education. This person will be responsible for driving the success of our self-service education and certification programs, as well as conduct live training for customers. This person will be responsible for participating in our customer community and will interact with customers on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain self-service education materials.
Manage and enhance self-service education and certification platform(s).
Conduct live training labs for individual customers.
Participate in the Get Satisfaction customer community.
Write interesting and compelling presentations and put together short screen-share videos.
Manage and oversee our three certification programs.
Requirements:
Passionate about education in business and creating a highly engaging and effective learning experience for customers.
Experience with managing LMSs (Learning Management Systems).
Knowledgeable in current online learning methodologies.
3 years experience in developing and delivering self-service training content.
Strong expertise in social media and corporate etiquette surrounding it.
Experience in delivering live training (remotely and in-person).
