Training and Marketing Support Specialist Vision Chain

This role reports to Director of Services and supports the VP of Sales, responsible for the strategic and operational function of training and marketing support.
Responsibilities
Lead, develop and manage customer training processes
Develop and implement training programs that increase overall success in the use of Vision Chain software by our customers.
Develop and Maintain up-to-date standard training materials and prepare custom materials for customers when required.
Serve as facilitator/trainer in customer and employee training classes.
Develop recommended implementation processes and policies related to user training. Create re-usable training components where possible. Work with product teams to integrate training objects into the core product.
Partner with subject matter experts in different functional areas internally and externally to asses training needs, identify skill gaps, and design and facilitate appropriate and meaningful training programs.
Through training and development, link business unit objectives, strategies, initiatives and priorities ensuring consistency across the organization
Communicate any customer issues identified through training process to the customer Account Manager.
Assist in the development of Services employee induction and onboarding process.
Develop training assessment tools, analyze results, and make improvements to the overall training program.
Collaborate and share best practices with Services and Product teams.
Collect best practices to be shared with customers.
Hire, train and develop direct report(s) as needed.
Support VP of sales in marketing efforts
Develop, analyze and implement marketing initiatives including user forums, newsletters, etc. that will increase overall success within the business unit.
Manage, design and deliver training content for periodic user forums.
Aid in providing content to Sales such as new reports, examples of use cases, demonstrations, etc.
Requirements
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Experience in successfully facilitating adult learning activities
Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures
Experience with instructional design for adult learners
Knowledge and experience in complex data analysis, report design and category management
Willingness to travel up to 40%
