Summary:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for providing training program administration and support to a global sales organization.
Qualification Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent
Experience: 3 years in sales training or related experience
Skills:
Three to five years of experience administrating training programs.
Experience with implementation, launch and day to day administration of learning management systems (LMS) and content development/authoring tools;
Cornerstone and Claro preferred.
Experience with video equipment & editing tools supporting a training program.
Strong English usage, editing skills and attention to detail.
Experience building engaging, interactive training for live and online delivery.
Ability to work independently, manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well with team-mates and cross functional colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and management.
Learning design and development skills.
Commitment to learning.
High level of computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
Sales and software security industry experience preferred.
Bachelor?s degree required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Training Implementation and Administration
Primary administrative responsibility for implementation of LMS in preparation of Global launch.
Daily ongoing administration of LMS and content development tools post launch.
Weekly management of inviting, tracking progress and completion of assigned training and learner plans for a global sales organization.
Keep LMS updated the latest version of PowerPoint presentations, video files, training exercises, surveys, evaluations & assessments.
Create and push regularly scheduled electronic status reports on employee learner plan participation and progress to employee and manager.
Collect and analyze course evaluations and assessments and provide summary reports to Sr. Director, Global Sales Training for program improvements.
Maintain the internal global sales training calendar on company Intranet site.
Coordinate monthly sales training Webinar series including webinar dates and dry run dates with subject matter expert(s) (SMEs).
Maintain SafeNet?s internal course catalog, curriculums and class lists.
Coordinate logistics (as needed) for global on-site training, QBR?s and kick offs including (but not limited to) meeting rooms, equipment and printing to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Research projects on new technology as required.
Serve as point contact for internal learners/customers and trainers on questions regarding technology. Training calendar and learner plans.
Design/Development.
Ability to moderate webinars.
Minor editing and voice over of course content for on-demand training in the LMS and intranet when required; using content development / publishing software (Claro/DominKnow).
Create content under the supervision of Sr. Director Global Training when required.
Complete other training projects as assigned.
