The purpose of the position is to ensure that Team Members with customer facing positions
are certified on company products to ensure our customers are receiving a thorough
understanding of how iSqFt can help them have a great customer experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Training Coordinator will develop, implement and coordinate training programs and
resources across all business lines as well as deliver and provide feedback on performance
and additional training needs for individual team members. They will assist with
the tracking, monitoring, and maintenance of training materials and certification for
individuals per department needs and requirements.
Provide technical assistance including: test new configurations in demo and production
environments, test new installation or upgrades in software, research, and assist in
documentation used to training and department policies and procedures.
Development of Training Certification Programs
? Work with managers and subject matter experts in each department to establish
requirements needed and expected for individuals to be successful in their
position and ensure exceptional customer experience.
? Collect, standardize and organize training materials for consistent training,
delivery and tracking for each area of training.
? Develop certification programs for iSqFt product training, key software usages,
and other key and necessary training items for departments.
? Develop, manage and maintain training progression plans for departments to get
them to certification.
? Manage individual?s progress through certification programs. Is the driving force
to ensure that individuals are attending and getting certification for their training.
Training Event Planning and Preparation:
? Schedule trainings and secure training sites
? Supervise registration lists, confirmation letters to trainees and trainers
? Ensure all training manuals and materials are current
? Maintains training supplies including training manuals and materials for all areas
of the business
? Help with site set-up and break-down
? Manages all classroom-based training activities ? Acts as training & development resource and communicates/provides training as
to what is available, such as seminars, workshops, e-learning. Serve as elearning resource.
? Works with team leaders and managers in organizing programs of practical and
technical instruction, including demonstrations of skills required in trade, and
lectures on theory, techniques, and terminology. Planning, development,
implementation and up-to-date initiatives to help ensure operations procedural
consistency; training documentation, guidelines, checklists, and job aids.
? Supervise/maintain all files pertaining to training contracts and course offerings,
including registration lists, payment rosters, cost revenue reports, invoicing, and
relevant data bases.
? Review incoming invoices, authorize payments.
? Manage the training budget.
Essential Skills & Abilities:
? Demonstrated experience with Visual Basic, MS Office Skills- Word, Excel,
Power Point, Visio, Salesforce
Educational and Experience Requirements:
? Associates or Undergraduate degree or Professional Certification preferred, PHR
preferred High School diploma or equivalent required.
? Training development, HR generalist experience, Quality Assurance experience
? Willingness to travel when required
