The Training Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks for the worldwide Learning and Education team in addition to supporting the Imperva Authorized Training Partners. This position is also responsible for coordinating the training calendar, booking training facilities, shipping manuals, managing labs, managing exams and coordinating other logistics associated with training delivery.
Responsibilities:
Administer the Learning Management System: create accounts, manage student curricula, generate activity reports
Monitor the Training inboxes and respond promptly to email inquiries within 24 hours.
Work closely with the Training Manager to manage daily operations and support Technical Trainers and Professional Services Consultants.
Coordinate class logistics: printing and shipping of manuals, generate and send training invites, follow-up with instructors (Imperva & ATP) before and after the training to ensure highest level of customer care
Maintain clear and accurate records for student activities, expenses, and revenue for the training team.
Create weekly activity reports detailing student activities, financial results, certification statistics, etc.
Perform and take on other training-related duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Administration Finance, Accounting, or other disciplines.
1 ? 3+ years experience.
Experience in previous training organizations is a definite plus.
Excellent reporting skills (metric-driven).
Proven ability to organize events.
Desired Skills:
Prior experience with LMS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of training operations
