Training & Development Specialist

We are looking for a organized, enthusiastic training and development guru to join our award winning digital marketing organization! In this role, you?ll have the opportunity to craft, develop and deliver training curriculum across departments and disciplines, and in various formats (i.e., classroom, e-learning etc.). This is a highly visible opportunity with the opportunity to help shape the global training strategy on a newly formed team!
Qualifications:

? 2+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering e-learning and classroom style training modules in a corporate setting

? Certified from ASTD a plus!

? Demonstrated knowledge, experience and expertise in e-learning methodologies, web-based technical assistance strategies and technology implementation

? Strong written/verbal communication skills

? Excellent human relations, leadership, teambuilding, project organization and management skills

? Ability to manage on-going projects and maintain momentum

? Ability to prioritize and problem solve independently
