Training Lead, Client Success SmileReminder
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Training Lead supports the Client Success department by developing and overseeing the execution of training strategies that support world-class customer care. This position will be located in our Lehi, Utah office and will report to the Director of Client Success.
Use proven training theories, models, and strategies to design and execute ongoing internal trainings that:
Improve Client Success Representative customer satisfaction scores
Increase representatives? knowledge concerning the Solutionreach product platform
Improve internal workflow and process documentation
Support customer loyalty and retention
Formulate and implement strategies to increase external customer knowledge and utilization of the Solutionreach platform:
Plan and execute monthly customer webinars
Update and improve the customer knowledge-base
Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of new hire training programs
Be responsible for trainee test scores for new hire and ongoing weekly trainings
Be responsible for trainee implementation and application of information learned in training
Report on progress of employees under guidance during training periods and maintain trainee records.
Participate in the hiring process with fellow team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Have a Bachelor degree in business, communications, training, or related field.
Have 5+ years experience in a training role, with a proven track record of success in a customer service management role.
Have experience working for a medical PM/EMR/HER software company; or have medical office experience working with PM/EMR/HER software on a day-to-day basis; or have other related medical software and/or technology experience.
Be extremely detail-oriented, professional, self-starter, organized and able to handle simultaneous tasks.
Be a creative, innovative thinker with a proven track record of turning insight into action.
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Have the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based projects.
Place high value on customer service, working with both internal and external customers.
Have excellent problem solving ability and interpersonal savvy.
Have a strong willingness to help in any area and learn new things, even if it?s outside the proverbial ?box?.
Be adaptable, responsible, and dependable.
A typical day might also include:
