Training Manager for NALA
The Renew OnDemand Global Education Services team is seeking an experienced software trainer to train end-users on our Renew OnDemand SaaS solution for recurring revenue management. This is a full-time position. As a trainer, you will be responsible for training delivery, user adoption programs, contributing to the content development process, and improving the overall effectiveness of our training courses. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, engaging personality, aptitude for technology, flexible style, clear communication style and can-do attitude. Bi-lingual a plus (i.e. English plus French, German, Japanese, or Mandarin)
Provide instructor-led training, classroom and virtual, to internal and external sales users on using Renew to manage their renewals pipeline and opportunities lifecycle. Design and launch targeted adoption programs to increase user productivity and uptake of Renew. Manage training environment and related operational activities. Participate as a SME in content development activities to update user guides, facilitator materials, and develop related job aides that are easy to use and relevant to learners. Help refine operational processes to improve training scalability and costs. Represent user requirements to product management and implementation stakeholders to improve the overall customer experience with Renew OnDemand. Track user adoption and effectiveness of training courses.
8+ years sales industry experience as a trainer of CRM/sales systems or experience as a sales mgr for enterprise accounts.
Familiarity with sales methodologies and forecasting principles
Ability to travel 40% of the time both internationally and domestically
Experience delivering global, instructor-led training, in-class and remotely
Demonstrated familiarity with adult learning principles
Experience using SaaS applications and prepping/staging data for training environments
Track record of improving learning processes, productivity, quality and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Credible and effective presentation skills
Experience contributing to training content development activities
Experience with online communities, brown bags, or other activities that build user adoption
High attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team with aggressive deadlines
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to organize and manage workload efficiently and prioritize projects with minimal supervision
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject.

Working knowledge of Captivate, Brainshark, Cornerstone or comparable LMS tools a plus
