Training Manager Qualys
As Training Manager you will be responsible for delivering world-class technical training to customers for Qualys' on demand security services. You will work closely with Product Management, Support and Engineering teams to contribute to customer success at our growing company. Travel is required within the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
-Design, develop and deliver customer training for Qualys' on demand security services
-Manage training events - classroom and virtual classroom via WebEx
-Create and maintain materials, including presentations, labs and videos
-Leverage information sources within Product Management, Support, Engineering
-Evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements
Qualifications
-5+ years experience in Network and/or Application Security: Vulnerabilty Management, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, OS configuration
-Well versed in Policy Compliance and Industry Standard Frameworks: ISO, Cobit, CIS
-3+ years experience in technical training including: classroom training, virtual training via Webex, courseware development
-Experience in training/program management role
-Strong presentation and communication skills
-Samples of courseware and a technical presentation will be required during the interview process
-BS/MS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related engineering field
-Security certifications considered a significant plus: CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CISM
