Training Manager - Corporate (Mid Level) Certona Corporation

Certona is rapidly growing and looking to add a Corporate Training Manager to our staff. This critical position will partner with Human Resources and work directly with our Executive team to develop, launch and drive all internal and external training initiatives!
This is a leadership role in which you will create, plan and coordinate activities related to the delivery of employee and management development programs as well as technical programs for our employees and partners.
This position is an integral part of the Human Resources Department and will apply knowledge and an experienced background to the development of the organization and our business.
Essential Job Duties:
-- Conduct training needs assessments and recommend solutions for performance and development programs for our employees in the areas of professional as well as technical development
-- Design, develop, implement and maintain company-wide training programs and additional technical programs for our partners
-- Deliver courses and workshops, as well as facilitate internal and third party delivery as necessary
-- Conduct program evaluations and revise programs to meet objectives
-- Lead and manage new employee on-boarding process, constantly evaluating for effectiveness and continued improvement
-- Coordinate administrative duties for management development programs, including but not limited to, event set up, compilation of evaluation data, and tracking
-- Stay current on latest technology, innovative learning and practices in management and leadership development principles Requirements:-- 6+ years of curriculum development and training experience with at least 3+ years providing technical training
-- Must have experience developing training programs from the ground up, preferably in a software company
-- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration or HR Development, or equivalent experience is required
-- Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills, including team interaction, negotiation, and facilitation of group discussions
-- Proven abilities in project management
-- Strong organizational skills
