Training Manager Passkey

Passkey is seeking a training manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to develop training material relevant to all lines of business, deliver both online webinar training and in-person instructor led training. Successful candidates for this role have a basic knowledge of hotel operations, specifically in group housing. Additionally, successful candidates will have experience delivering instructor led and/or webinar training.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an overall learning strategy.
Project planning related to ongoing individual implementations as well as enterprise roll outs.
Development of training material as needed to support customer needs and product updates.
Maintenance of existing training material.
Conduct onsite training for new Passkey customers.
Conduct online, moderated training sessions.
Lead in development of documentation and computer based training modules.
Consult with internal and external clients in conducting needs assessments, training requirements and evaluating training.
Conduct on-going gap analyses and review of training needs.
Monitor effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs.
Position Requirements and Relevant Prior Experience:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Analytical and problem solver.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
High comfort level with internet based software and Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Innovative thinker and a team player.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently.
Minimum of three years training experience.
Work experience within the CVB, Meeting Management Company, or meetings and event industry required.
