REPORTS TO: Customer Care Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Customer Care Training Representative is responsible for providing new account, virtual training on all SQ products, along with providing additional follow-up training and pre-scheduled group sessions with a high focus on customer satisfaction. This position requires the ability to explain technical complexities of our various products effectively to a broad audience. This role works closely with different groups at SageQuest therefore strong interpersonal skills are important.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide the initial and ongoing product training to Mobile Control Customers
Structure presentations to fit the customer?s needs and circumstances
Prepare and schedule virtual training sessions
Create and produce web training modules
Serve as a SME (subject matter expert)
Prepare for and conduct new employee product training
Provide back-up support for the customer care team
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Prior Customer Service experience or relative customer facing experience
Customer focused attitude
The ability to communication complex concepts with clarity and enthusiasm
1-2 years prior software training experience is preferred
The ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, Excel
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate across various levels, both internally and externally
Screen video capture software
Exceptional planning and organization skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, act independently and exercise good judgment
Ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes on the fly in a fast-paced environment
