As a Training Specialist, you?ll empower new and existing employees via great training that allows them to perform their jobs even better. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in continuing employee education with a deep understanding of contact center systems/procedures and a breadth of knowledge regarding operations. A passion for guiding employees throughout their careers and leading departmental improvements will make this role truly satisfying.
What you?ll do:
Design and deliver customized trainings that increase employee knowledge and skills as well as close any performance gaps.
Conduct random monitoring and auditing of customer care specialist (CCS) performance and policy adherence using the Total Quality Care (TQC) Evaluation Checklist.
Develop, implement and revise new hire and continuous education training content to align with corporate and team objectives, business processes, and policies.
Analyze data reports and metrics to identify areas for improving training effectiveness.
Experience interacting with legal professionals and working in a legal environment as a paralegal, law school student, etc.
2-3 years of customer care experience in a high-volume contact center, legal, or service environment.
Previous experience training, mentoring or coaching.
Knowledge of products and processes for the preferred line of business (business formations, personal services, estate planning, or intellectual property).
