Facilitate and deliver training services to Yammer customers. Partner with Customer Success Team with delivering the best solution to ensure customer success.
Requirements:
o Strong facilitation skills
o Social Media savvy and passion - minimum two years experience utilizing social media tools professionally, such as Twitter and blogging
o Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
o BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organization Development or related equivalent field or work experience.
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for success of assigned training events for Yammer customers
o Demonstrate the ability to teach new functionality, with minimal preparation time and guidance
o Assess, analyze and customer training needs and design solution
o Develop appropriate training resources based on the training solution design, including print and online documentation for instructor led training or e-learning
o Plan, develop, and provide training programs; instructor led training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, and workshops, webinars to further customer success.
o Travel as needed - minimum 50% of time
