As the Training Manager, this position is responsible for the creation of all LA specific training materials and related documentation. This position will manage the development and execution of Project Team Training, Application Trainer Training and End User Training for 2 pilot sites. In addition, this person will develop testing and evaluation procedures.
As the Testing Manager, this position will provide direction, supervision and technical guidance in the design and execution of test strategies and plans for automated and manual test processes. This position will manage the development and execution process of test strategy, plans, test scenarios/cases and test scripts. This person will work with the project team in reviewing the software solution requirements, design and specifications in order to implement effective testing strategies and plans.
Responsibilities include:
-Developing test strategies, plans and procedures for automated and manual testing
-Developing training plans for team, application and end-user training
-Working with the delivery project team in analyzing and designing reviews to identify issues that require clarification and resolution
-Identifying, analyzing and reporting on risks throughout the testing/training process
-Ensuring the test team understand the technical and functional requirements of the project
-Ensuring the traceability matrix between project requirements and test coverage
