UI Designer Course Hero
Course Hero (www.coursehero.com) is looking for talented and passionate UI Designer to join the product team. This candidate will be involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation as well as supporting our marketing team.What you'll do
Design and launch new products and features from wireframes written requirements
Work across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders on the Product, Marketing, and Development teams.
Develop and prototype designs via HTML/CSS
Continually re-evaluate current user interfaces and identify areas for improvement
Create simple, elegant user interfaces for collecting and presenting user-generated content
What we are looking for
2-4 years of interactive web and visual design
BA/BS in graphic design, visual arts, computer science, digital media or related field
Experience hand-coding front-end applications
Deep understanding of CSS and its limitations and quirks
Strong knowledge front-end technologies (HTML/CSS)
Good knowledge of Javascript/AJAX
Strong skills in Adobe CS5 (specifically Fireworks, Photoshop, and InDesign)
Passion for executing high quality design that focuses on strong, clean design aesthetic
Clear communication, collaboration and organizational skills
