OpportunityJoin our team and build world class Web Applications for the healthcare industry. An ideal candidate would have deep skills in front-end Web Development and implementation with a passion for building great web-based user interfaces.
Responsibilities
Elegantly implement page designs in standards-compliant dynamic XHTML and CSS.
Collaborate with the design team to define the information architecture, advocating Web interaction design best practices with a focus on consistency and usability.
Manage the overall visual design for web products, including all branding and navigational elements.
Author complex Web pages using JSP, JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, JSTL and XML.
Work closely with back-end developers to find ways to push the limits of existing Web technology in service of creating the best possible user experience.
Qualifications
4 years of software developing experience.
Working knowledge of industry standard visual design tools ( Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience with any JavaScript libraries (YUI, X Library, Prototype, etc.)
Ability to understand and interpret existing site design and style guides to inform your work.
Excellent project management skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly kinetic environment
Excellent communication skills: able to facilitate your own meetings as necessary, comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
Proven expertise with: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM, XML, AJAX.
Familiar with: Java, JSP, JSTL.
Bonus if you?re familiar with: Flash and Spring Framework.
