UI Developer Genius
Available NowWe are looking for a UI Developer to help build compelling and easy to use interfaces for our products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UI development, a passion for building interactive experiences using a variety of web based technologies, and the ability to take ownership of multiple projects.
Experience:
3-5 years work experience in UI development or back end development
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the back end development of the UI
Work closely with the Creative Director to develop new UI
Create intuitive, robust, and reusable user interfaces with JavaScript.
Participate in the design and development of new UI functionality for web applications.
Find solutions for cross browser issues in both HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
Work w/ a distributed team of developers.
Requirements:
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills that you use to discuss decisions and document coding styles and practices
Strong XHTML, CSS, JavaScript OO skills and ability to write JavaScript with / without use of libraries. ( YUI, extJS, jQuery is a plus ).
Knowledge with version control and bug tracking systems. ( Specifically SVN is a plus ).
Experience with AJAX technologies and techniques.
