Responsibilities
3 - 7 years of UI / front end development experience
Expert level DHTML / HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, DOM and JSON
In depth experience with jQuery or Dojo
Experience with Prototype
Cross browser expertise
Experience or exposure to completing front-end web development with Ruby is a plus
Great eye for detail
Ability to quickly iterate wireframe and graphic designs into front-end templates
Solid Understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Demonstrate initiative and ownership, passion and enthusiasm for designing and implementing product solutions
Experience integrating charts and graphing solutions from JS libraries or 3rd party APIs is a plus
Present a portfolio of quality web sites, applications, components or widgets you helped create
Some experience with Photoshop or Fireworks is a plus (creating sprites, optimizing, cutting or adjusting images)
MS / B.S. degree in a computer / web design related field
What you'll be doing:
Help build adaptable, scalable, and efficient web applications
Implement new product features, enhancements, UI templates, components, and interactions utilizing DHTML / HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX
Build dynamic presentation layer effects
Work closely with product management, user experience leads to create compelling web-based interactive templates and components
Communicate effectively with the rest of the development engineers
