Job DescriptionThe UI Software Engineer will be a key contributor to the on-going design and development of the Rogue Email Application Control product line. This candidate will join a small but strong and fast-paced team taking ownership of the technical design, implementation, quality, and usability of product features in a Linux/Unix environment.
This is a contract-to-hire position located in the Westminster, CO.
Expectations:
Analyze feature requests, design, and implement new UI software, debug, test, resolve issues, and provide customer support.
Interact with product development teams, project managers, quality assurance, and customer representatives.
Perform work under normal supervision.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualified candidates must have:
Bachelor degree from an accredited college in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience.
3-5 years of UI experience with some or all of GWT, Freemarker, Javascript, Ajax, JSON, CSS.
Experience with server-side integrations via SOAP or REST.
Knowledge of UI Design Patterns.
Demonstrable experience in development of usable software.
Java expertise highly desirable.
Working knowledge of agile software development methodology.
Working knowledge of continuous build and integration, Jira, Maven, and Jenkins preferred.
Working knowledge of UNIX.
Other:
Experience with full software development life cycle

Self starter, highly motivated, minimal supervision required

Ability to wear multiple hats
