UI/UX Designer AppFirst

AppFirst is looking for a genius UX/UI designer to join our new Solutions Team to create the best monitoring solution based on our big data platform.The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in our whole development cycle and drive decisions for the user experience. Your knowledge and skill can help in every aspect of our product, including web application, mobile application and internal tools.
In this position, you will work closely with our Solutions Team in an agile development environment to create new applications and maintain our existing product that will work for both enterprise level and basic customers on multiple platforms. You will work with our platform engineers to provide suggestions and deliver enhancements to our existing user models. You will support requirement definition with web application UI design mock-ups or prototypes, and feature implementation through image creation.
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully balance daily design tasks with user research and testing.
What you?ll be doing:
Web application and mobile application user experience & interface design
User observation, interviews, usability testing
Pragmatic identification of prioritized usability enhancements
Development of conceptual design mockups, wireframes, and simple prototypes
Image creation for various product or marketing purposes
What we?re looking for:
Degree in a design-related field including human computer interaction, graphic design, architecture, or industrial design
A firm understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS with proficiency with graphics and web design/development tools
Solid understanding of HCI concepts and their real-world application (Enterprise Solution experience preferred)
Passionate about the customer and user experience ? experience in conducting user testing, observational analysis, user interviews, user persona development, focus studies and in applying collected feedback
Great analytical skill and understanding very abstract problem which has strong correlation of multiple incidences
Portfolio of successful UI design work for interactive web applications ? solving complex problems with simple and intuitive designs
Bonus Points:
Experienced working within Scrum or a similar agile framework
